“I was born in Sicily where my inspiration come from. Since I was a child, I loved help my grandma to prepare fresh pasta and traditional dishes for the big family’s lunch.
When I grew up I moved to Rome to study fashion and then in Milan where I’m currently based. I dedicate my life to follow my passion for design, food and traditions. I became a Chef thanks to Gualtiero Marchesi’s Academy and I moved from a design career into create a new experience for me, and for the people.
This experience is called Liccumi’a and it is the intensive love for my land, for its tradition, and for the tastes and the scents that are part of my childhood. These things gave to me the mission of cooking for the people and also teach them the love for the genuine ingredients and the simple gestures that create the intense experience of eating together. I love the Pasta as I love my Land.”
